The first is the classification of paper.
Waste newspapers, books, old textbooks, enterprise brochures, express boxes, packaging boxes, milk boxes, plastic film mulching, carbon paper, wax paper, plastic smooth waste paper, toilet paper, paper diapers and synthetic paper are all paper waste. The recyclable parts of so many kinds of paper waste mainly include waste newspapers, books, old textbooks, enterprise brochures, express boxes, packaging boxes and milk boxes.
Generally, recycled paper products are classified according to their different categories. There are roughly six categories of paper products:
The first category is white waste paper, which refers to the paper without words and pigment contamination that has not been printed or the remaining edges cut during printing in the printing plant.
The second type is the book block, which refers to those books that have not been issued or have been issued but have not been sold after printing.
The third category is those useless books and old newspapers.
The fourth category is our common cardboard box, which is also the most paper waste in our life.
The fifth category is kraft paper, which has high tear strength and dynamic strength. Generally, file bags, old envelopes and paper packaging bags are common.
The sixth category is mixed waste paper, which can only produce the most low-end paper products after recycling.
Plastic film covering, carbon paper, wax paper, plastic glossy waste paper, toilet paper, paper diapers, synthetic paper and other paper wastes are not recyclable and should be disposed of in other wastes. Under special circumstances, the following paper wastes cannot be recycled. Contaminated paper: toilet paper, napkins, diapers, food packaging paper (boxes) immersed in oil stains, etc. cannot be recycled. For some papers with complex components, foreign matters cannot be fully eliminated during regeneration. For example: plastic film, carbon paper, etc. The waterproof paper is attached with a layer of plastic film on the surface, so it is not easy to separate from the paper and cannot be recycled, such as disposable cup, instant noodle cup, etc.
If we know the recycling type of waste paper, why should we recycle it?
Economic value is only a factor to promotewaste paper recycling. When it is impossible to avoid the use of paper products, waste paper recycling plays an inestimable role in the ecological environment. One ton of waste paper can produce 850 kilograms of recycled paper with good quality, save 3 cubic meters of wood, save 100 cubic meters of water, save 300 kilograms of chemical raw materials, save 1.2 tons of coal and save 600 degrees of electricity. According to the production of 20000 tons of office recycled paper, 66000 cubic meters of wood can be saved a year, which is equivalent to protecting 520000 trees or adding 5200 mu of forest. China is rich in waste paper resources. Relevant data show that China's paper consumption is about 35 million tons per year. Based on one-third of the waste, more than 10 million tons of waste paper can be recycled every year. The environmental pollution caused by recycled paper pulping process to the atmosphere and water quality is much lower than that of ordinary paper. The paper industry has a large amount of waste water and wide distribution. It is one of the most polluted industries in China. The production of 1 ton of pulp requires 100 tons (wood pulp) to 400 tons (straw pulp) of water, and most of these sewage needs to be discharged. The black liquor pollution produced by papermaking is the most serious, and 10 tons of black liquor are discharged for every 1 ton of pulp produced. In the manufacturing process of recycled paper, the wastewater discharge can be reduced by 50%. In particular, several processes in the early stage of papermaking can be omitted, and the most polluted black liquor will not be produced.
